Veronica is a Senior Clinical Programs Advisor at Renaye James Healthcare Advisors and has over 30 years of healthcare management experience. Her most recent positions include Market Director of Quality & Risk Management for Bridgepoint Hospitals in Washington, DC and New Orleans, LA. She also held executive quality positions for Trinity Healthcare and Diamond Healthcare.

Additionally, Veronica was a senior program manager of the Veterans Health Administration Office of Quality, Safety & Value, Product Effectiveness Division for WBB Consulting and the Deputy Director of Operations for the District of Columbia HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD and Tuberculosis Administration.

Veronica spent over 20 years of her healthcare career as a quality and training consultant and executive, deputy assistant secretary for planning and administration, and as a chief nurse with the federal government. She received a BS in Nursing from Tuskegee University, an MS in Nursing and Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama, and doctoral studies at the University of Southern California. Veronica also has certifications in Training and Professional Development and Public Management/Organizational Change and lean Six Sigma from George Washington University.
