At Renaye James Healthcare Advisors (RJHA), Verdell is in charge of managing the revenue cycle management assessments. Outside of RJHA, Verdell is the President and CEO for Calijah Consulting LLC and a board member of Ishshah’s Place, Inc.

She is a graduate of the Baltimore County Schools System. Her professional career expands more than 30 years in the field of healthcare, with 20 years in the role of Revenue Cycle Management for Johns Hopkins University and 15 years as the Manager for the Department of Psychiatry.
