As a Clinical Services Advisor, Sarah is responsible for improving the workflows of healthcare teams as well as ensuring nursing and clinical support staff have the skills to provide safe care. Currently, she provides direct patient care services at COVID-19 clinics led by our RJHA team.

Sarah is a registered nurse with nearly 13 years of nursing experience. During the past four years, she’s acquired nursing leadership experience working as a hospital operations coordinator at Northwest Hospital. Sarah was also a charge nurse and preceptor in their critical care and acute care and PACU at Northwest Hospital.

Prior to her work at the hospital, she was an assistant nurse manager at LightRx Face & Body MedSpa. Sarah graduated in 2009 from the Community College of Baltimore County with an associates degree in Nursing.
