Michelle has nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on full cycle recruitment/retention, employee relations, benefits administration, state and federal employment compliance, policy development and implementation, and a wide range of freelance HR knowledge and background. Michelle has spent much of her career in the healthcare field.

In addition to her professional background, Michelle is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is also actively involved in ongoing legislation for healthcare and has worked on state and federal levels to prompt better healthcare outcomes for children and families in the U.S.

Michelle and her family reside in the Pittsburgh area, and she is a proud wife to her zany husband and grateful mother to two tenacious and bright young girls. She is also a proud dog-mom to the family’s Jack Russell terrier, Dana Belle.
