Jennifer has spent the last decade managing behavioral health practices. She has led several projects for various practices including EHR transition, development of policies and procedures, and practice expansion. Jennifer has experience in hiring, training, and managing multiple administrative staff. She has also led training for clinical staff in order to enhance efficiency and improve workflow.
Jennifer obtained her Associate’s of Art in Public Health from Howard Community College with highest honors, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Services Management and a minor in Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus.
