Jan Kelley-Adevor has 20 years of experience in supporting federal and non-federal agencies in the areas of healthcare quality improvement, health equity, stakeholder engagement, grants management and project management. She has demonstrated skills in managing consultative quality improvement projects, developing, managing, and advising on health policy matters focusing on Medicare, Medicaid, underserved populations, as well as for public health campaigns.

Jan has extensive knowledge of strategies to advance innovation and improve outcomes through community engagement, patient engagement and stakeholder alignment. She has worked to recruit and train healthcare providers within safety net, public, solo/large group practices and teaching healthcare systems in transforming clinical practice initiatives.

Prior to Renaye James Healthcare Advisors, Jan served as a Project Director at the Fors Marsh Group (FMG). In this role, she led a team of professionals that supported the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Center for Program Integrity (CPI) in developing educational and outreach initiatives to educate their target audiences to prevent, detect, and combat fraud, waste, and abuse of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Under her leadership, the team was able to engage key stakeholders and CPI leadership by utilizing three workstreams: Events, eLearning, and Digital.

Jan holds an MBA in Business Administration and Finance Management from Southeastern University, an MHA in Healthcare Administration from Southeastern University and a BS in Microbiology/Chemistry from Howard University.
