Dr. J. Wyndy Webb has over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and has recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Total Health Care (THC) and Greater Baden Medical Services (GBMS) in Maryland. As a member of these executive teams, Dr. Webb is responsible for oversight of strategic operational initiatives including pharmacy, dental, laboratory, optometry, health information management, call center, population health, IT, practice management, and subspecialty services.

Dr. Webb has also been the project manager for multi million-dollar capital projects. She has provided compliance oversight for pharmacy and controlled substances for both medical and dental practices. In her role as a healthcare executive, she has created and implemented breakthrough strategies that achieved enhanced efficiencies, productivity and profitability, while meeting aggressive deadlines and positioning organizations for sustainable change.

Dr. Webb earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry as well as an MBA and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees.  Additionally, Dr. Webb is a certified Project Management Professional.
