Fatmata will aide in the organization of RJHA’s portfolio of projects and consultant deliverables. She has over 10 years of experience in public healthcare institutions and private health systems.

Prior to RJHA, she served as an operations coordinator for the Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) Program at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Director. Fatmata first joined the NIH in 2016 as an administrative assistant for the Office of Research Services (ORS), Division of Veterinary Resources (DVR). She also served as an office manager, for the National Institutes of Neurological Diseases and Stroke (NINDS) from 2017-2020.

Fatmata holds a bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore as well as an MS in Public and Community Healthcare Management from Trinity Washington University.
