Dr. Latham began her career in health care in 1988, earning her BSN from Northern Arizona University. She has a rich healthcare background which includes her Masters’ of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degrees from Northern Arizona University, and a Doctorate in Health Science (DHSc) from A.T. Still University (ATSU) with an emphasis in organizational and clinical leadership. Dr. Latham is licensed in Arizona and Utah as an Advanced Practice Nurse, specializing in family practice.

Dr. Latham is a seasoned organizational leader having attained significant applied clinical and organizational expertise through her role as the Chief Executive Officer of Canyonlands Healthcare. She is a subject matter expert for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visits (OSVs) and has assisted federally qualified health centers achieve compliance with the Health Center Compliance Manual.

Dr. Latham is a creative and visionary leader with a reputation for integrity and the ability to influence results. Dr. Latham has a strong reputation as the best person to develop and implement effective policies and programs through strong collaborative efforts. She is a champion for healthcare accessibility, affordability, and quality believes in the mission of community health centers and their focus of creating greater access to quality health care for our underserved communities.
