Carmen Rickman, LCSW-C, is passionate about helping people individually and systemically and has held roles as a therapist, development director,  and program administrator. Carmen has experience with grant research, grant writing, and program evaluation.

During her career, Carmen worked as a program supervisor for youth involved with the juvenile justice system before transitioning into the role of a clinical therapist where she provided case management and behavioral health services to children, adults and families in outpatient and residential settings. In addition, Carmen has success in managing multiple behavior health projects, and analyzing project data. Carmen contributes to healthcare provider education by providing training and technical assistance on behavioral health topics.

Carmen received her Master’s Degree from Spalding University’s School of Social Work. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Data Science and a certificate in Evaluation and Assessment.
