Tamika Duppins is a Nonprofit Leadership Strategist with a decade of experience in program management, leadership development, and performance management. She began her career in Human Services after earning a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice with a minor in Sociology. Tamika obtained a Master of Science in Human Services Administration with a minor in Family Counseling. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Nonprofit Leadership. Throughout her tenure, Tamika has worked with various populations including adults and children with behavioral health needs, individuals re-entering from institutional settings and individuals with complex and chronic medical challenges. Tamika currently is the Director of Complex Care and Social Needs at Healthcare Access Maryland overseeing programs that support individuals in substance abuse recovery, returning citizens from incarceration, behavioral health, and community health work assessing individuals for social determinants of health.
