Josh Glueck, MPH, began his career as a consultant directly involved in the transfer of a hospital-owned health clinic to the community-based organization, Berks Community Health Center, located in Reading, Pennsylvania. With Josh’s team, this organization became a federally qualified health center (FQHC) through the competitive grant application process. Josh’s core roles consisted of leading strategic planning to ensure a successful transfer, networking with local hospitals and community organizations, establishing and directing the quality improvement/assurance committee, grant writing, establishing contracts with Medicaid managed care organizations, contracting and credentialing physicians with various insurances, managing contract agreements and organizational policies, creating a risk management plan, and many other duties. Josh stayed with Berks Community Health Center for several years, serving a quality improvement and operations role within the organization.  In 2014, his organization began to use i2iTracks and since Josh has an affinity for technology and data, he applied to i2i Population Health.  He joined the team in April, 2015 and served as a Regional Director/Population Health Consultant (PHC) based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, until May 2017 when he was promoted to the role of Director of Training and Education. In this role, Josh leads the team of Population Health Consultants training both internally and externally and he works directly with the Product Team in guiding future enhancements of i2i solutions.
