Ellen Rappaport is Executive Director of ReEntry Services for the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. She is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of successful development and implementation of health related programs on a large scale working within the hospital & health care industry. Her most recent program was implementing an entire Telehealth network that crosses the entire state of Maryland for the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. Ellen is a leader with abilities to assess and improve the quality of processes while managing people and services of an organization. Ms. Rappaport's goal is to continue her core compententcies while learning with an organization that is dedicated to quality health care, improvement of health outcomes, business development, and strategic planning. Ellen posesses skills in strategic thinking, planning, and management to execute innovative programs to initiate or expand access to care, reduce costs, and focus on outcome measures. Ms. Rappaport holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Education from Northeastern University and her Master of Public Health degree from Boston University School of Public Health.
