Ms. Parkinson-Windross is a Medical Case Manager for the Ryan White Program at Greater Baden Medical Services. She has over two decades of leadership experience in HIV services as Program Coordinator at the AIDS Center of Queens County, Director of Support Services at Brooklyn AIDS Task Force, Manager of Case Management at Harris Health Systems, Houston, Texas, and Chief of HIV Services at Prince George’s County Health Department and more recently at Greater Baden Medical Services. During her tenure at HHS, Ms. Parkinson-Windross participated in an HRSA national research project that served Young Men of Color Who Have Sex with Men. Ms. Parkinson-Windross is dedicated to serving individuals and families within the HIV community and is passionate about the social work profession. Ms. Parkinson-Windross graduated with an MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work,  City University of New York, in 1995. She has been a National Association of  Social Workers member since that year. She also earned her Bachelors Summa Cum Laude from York College, CUNY in 1993. Her post-graduate certifications included the LCSW-C in 2007 and  Supervision for supporting individuals pursuing clinical licensure in social work. Notably, this individual is also a seven-year veteran of the United States Army, who achieved the rank of Sergeant E-5.
