Christopher Douglas, Customer Success Associate Principal, findhelp, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2017. Christopher started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Kentucky in 2006. In 2009, they joined Africa Lone Star where they worked as a Product Development & Community Engagement role until 2016. During this time, they also served as the Founder & Executive Director of Lone Star - Africa Works from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Runner at Favor. In 2016, they worked as an Event Coordinator at the U.S.-Africa Business and Matchmaking Conference. In 2017, they had three positions: Client Success & Digital Marketing at LOHAS Capital from March to October, Content Creator at CleanFortunes.com from March to June, and currently, they hold the role of Associate Principal, Customer Success at Aunt Bertha, a Public Benefit Corporation. Christopher Douglas earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in German and Philosophy from The University of the South, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Security and Diplomacy from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, which they completed between 2006 and 2008.
