Adelline Ntatin has over twenty (20) years of experience in healthcare management, healthcare leadership, and a wealth of experience in population health management, clinical quality improvement, strategic planning, and policy development.

Adelline works with healthcare systems to build relationships; to ensure effective education and reporting; to proactively identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis and discussion with subject matter experts; and to influence policy, systems, and environmental changes to achieve needed results. Using evidenced-based programming and data analytics, she has successfully led quality improvement and provider performance management initiatives with emphasis on compliance with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements (i.e. STARS Rating, NCQA).

Her success in working with the state governments, federal governments and payers (including Managed Care Organizations) demonstrates her expertise in negotiating and implementing value-based payments/pay-for-performance contracts to enhance revenue by improving health outcomes and reducing unnecessary healthcare costs.

Adelline holds certifications in the Achieving Business Excellence (ABX) business improvement framework and Master’s degrees in Public Health, Business Information Management, and International Relations from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, University of Canterbury, and Vrije Universiteit van Brussel respectively.
